Elizabeth Ellen
Born: November 20, 1994
1lbs. 14oz
Gestation: 25 weeks

Nickname: Bizzy Girl, Biz ... this was simply because she is so "busy," always moving from one thing to the next. As a girl entering her teens, she still goes by that nickname!

Favorite things: 2006 UPDATE -- It is hard to believe, but Elizabeth is growing into a teenager! And that means listening to the headphones, playing video games (she totally tops her parents in that endeavor) and being invited to sleepovers and fun days with friends at the shopping mall. ... Now 11, and finishing up fifth grade, Elizabeth is a top student who also is an avid reader, drawer and music lover. Faves on TV include "Avatar" and "Teen Titans" (she still likes SpongeBob) and she is an orange belt in Tang Soo Do, a Korean Martial Art. .... Other interests remain going to hockey and baseball games with her Dad, playing softball, swimming, tennis, "TV/Movie Nights" with her Mom and participating in many church activities. She is a very loving, personable girl who has a quick wit and quite an independent streak, too! Elizabeth hopes to become an animal vet someday!

Except for colds and ear infections, Elizabeth is doing very well from a health standpoint. She stands about 5-1 and weighs just over 100 pounds.
Quite a difference from the NICU days!

2003 UPDATE -- It used to be watching Barney, Magic School Bus and the Muppet Babies; But now, Pokemon, Barbie and SpongeBob are leading the way. She enjoys going to movies and hockey games with her parents and is an avid swimimer. Elizabeth is a voracious reader who still loves being told bedtime stories by her daddy. And "Teddy," a little stuffed bear she received while in the NICU, remains by her side every night!
