As he gets ready to head off to Kindergarten in a few months, John Henry
is a typical happy and healthy five year old boy. The effects of his prematurity are no longer so noticeable to most people. He is on the slim side, but making nice strides in gaining weight. He wears glasses but sees well enough with them to read books easily. His articulation is much
improved. Academically he is ahead of his full-term peers and on par for fine
and gross motor skills.

When John Henry isn't running around the playground, he can be found creating
nursery rhyme projects, playing video games, exploring the library or making
new friends. He amazes us every day with his joy of life and charming ways.
